Single Event 4-hour Flat Rates
RENTAL RATE: $1,850
NON-PROFIT RATE: $1,560 |
The rate of $1,850 (or Non-Profit rate of $1,560) includes:
- A 4-hour block of time in Zipper Hall
- 4 hours use of Stage Manager services
- 4 hours use of 1 Usher
- Use of a Concert Grand Piano
- Use of Zipper Hall Green Room and backstage area
- Use of music chairs and music stands
- 4 hours use of the Box Office (Colburn does not supply staffing)

| Each additional hour in Zipper Hall (includes Stage Manager only) | $ 205/hr. |
| Usher – additional time | $ 28/hr. |
| Each Additional Usher | $ 28/hr. (3 hr. minimum) |
| Recording/Sound Engineer | start at $ 75/hr. (4 hr. minimum) |
| Assistant Recording/Sound Engineer | $65/hr. (4 hr. minimum) |
| Lighting Engineer | $ 125/hr. (4 hr. minimum) |
| Stage Hand | $ 35/hr. (4 hr. minimum) |
| Piano Tuning | $ 180 |
| Piano Lid Removal | $ 85 |
| Piano Lid Replacement | $ 85 |
| Rehearsal Time | $ 205/hr. |
Please note:
The Colburn School's regular building hours are 8:00AM to 11:00PM, Monday through Friday; 8:00AM to 10:00PM on Saturday; and 10AM to 10PM on Sunday. Additional time required in Zipper Hall, the Plaza or any other area of the Colburn School beyond these hours will be billed at $205 per hour (in addition to the Hall rental fees). Building hours will vary during the summer months.
